What's up with growlers?

Unfortunately, We do NOT fill growlers anymore. It is our belief that the filling of growlers/crowlers compromises our beer quality and therefore has been discontinued.

Can I bring in outside alcohol?

Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed in the brewery. This is an ABC law and there are no exceptions.

Do you take reservations and book private parties?

We can reserve tables for your party Sunday thru Thursday. We no longer take reservations for Friday and Saturday. Please give us a call to reserve a table. We currently do not rent out our space for private events.

Can I buy a keg?

We no longer offer keg sales to the general public. We have lost too many kegs over the years with people not returning them, so we can longer afford to offer this service.

Can I tour the brewery?

Our brewery is small and while no set time exists for tours, we do offer free tours upon request so long as nothing dangerous is happening in the brewhouse at that moment. Please ask one of our staff if you are interested in a tour and we would be happy to show you around.

What about distribution?

While most of our beer is sold at the brewery, we do distribute small amounts of beer to NoVA and DC thru Hop and Wine Distributors, as well as in the Richmond area thru Reverie Distribution.

Please take a peek at our tap list for the most up-to-date draft list. You can also follow us on Untappd to be notified when new beers are being released.

Do you sell canned beer?

We generally have canning runs every other Wednesday. Cans may be purchased at the brewery or thru our partner retailers regionally. Our tap list will also include any cans available for sale.

What food is available?

We have various different food trucks on different days. Please check our calendar of events to see who is scheduled.
Outside food may be brought in as well. Likewise, you can order food for delivery; Please ask our bar staff for menus of restaurants that deliver to us.

What about music?

From time to time, Ocelot will be host to local musicians, these events are a bit sporadic, but will be posted on our social media pages like our Facebook page and our calendar of events.

Can I bring my dog?

We love dogs and welcome them here at the brewery.

Can I bring my kids?

Kids are always welcome here at the brewery! Be aware though that there are some dangerous chemicals and equipment here so please be responsible for your children while here.

Do you sell any merchandise?

Gift cards and various merchandise like hats, shirts and glassware are available for purchase only at the brewery.
